The Non-Clinical Manager of Health Services is a knowledgeable and trusted leader.Â The employee is responsible for all care coordinators of Prominence Health Plan and other non-clinical medical management team members.Â The leader is responsible for setting the example for employees and represents UHSâ€™s core values as well as the companyâ€™s policies and procedures. When overseeing the work completed with PHP members, the leader ensures that the team is delivering innovative, proactive and compassionate services that exceed memberâ€™s expectations. The leader ensures that the department employees are providing effective two-way communication to ensure quality services and appropriate problem resolution for all parties involved. The focus of this position is to oversee the overall non-clinical care management of Prominence Health Plan Members.Â The Manager will ensure that employees are completing the appropriate assignments, are productive with their time with members, are compliant with all regulatory guidance or company protocols, and that the team is having positive results measured by 75th percentile member satisfaction scores, upper quartile HOS scores, member engagement in Wellness and HEDIS gaps, as well as decreased medical loss ratio scores for all lines of business.Â The Manager will oversee the employee schedules and assignments and audit reports for compliance and appropriateness of care.Â Monthly and Quarterly program audits will be reviewed and presented to Director to show progression of member engagement endeavors.Â Â Â Â
