Part-time, 0.7 FTE (56 hours in two weeks)
Day/evening shift (typical start time include 7 am and 300 pm)
Every other weekend

As an RN Telephone Triage Nurse Line Advisor, you will independently triage phone calls from patients and/or family members inquiring about their symptoms, medication refills, test results, and information regarding our facilities. Along with Fairview related facilities, this position also handle calls from other organizations that contract for our services. Nurses manage approximately 6 calls per hour with calls lasting 6-9 minutes in duration. The position is located in a call center environment with no direct patient interaction. There are several computer systems used to navigate resources for clients to best meet their needs.
Current Minnesota RN License
3-5 years RN work experience
Application submitted for WI RN License within 30 days of hire
Wisconsin RN License within 120 days of hire
Computer skills: able to document effectively in electronic health record software
RN Triage experience
