As the Executive Director, you are involved in every facet of the operation – Hospitality, Dining, Marketing and Sales, Wellness and Fitness, Community Outreach, Facility Management, Programming, Recreation and Engagement, Clinical Services, and Administrative Support. The Executive Director is ultimately accountable to make a positive difference in the lives of residents, families or caregivers, community clients and guests, and colleagues.
This particular opportunity is currently available at Copper Ridge, an Integrace community specializing in serving those with memory impairment, located in Sykesville, MD. Built in 1994, and home to up to 126 residents (60 AL suites and 66 Skilled Nursing Suites) supporting nearly 200 colleagues, this community continues to offer meaningful and engaging environments for both residents and colleagues. Newly offering this year an Adult Day and Night Club, and Bistro to serve internal and external community members. And continuing to offer an outpatient Memory Clinic and Institute for research and education on the campus, collaboration with the Director of these programs is a must.
Successful candidates for this position must possess a Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Maryland, be a seasoned long term care Administrator who has managed complex skilled nursing operations with a minimum of 10 years as a Nursing Home Administrator, understand and have a passion for resident centered living, and be comfortable speaking and being an advocate to external audiences as an ambassador of the program. Prior experience in memory care highly preferred.
