Witt/Kieffer has been retained by Trinity Health to assist in the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of their Continuing Care Services division. Trinity Health Continuing Care Services encompasses Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), Trinity Health At Home (THAH), Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE) and Trinity Senior Services Management (TSSM) as well as other joint ventures and related services provided throughout Trinity Health’s Regional Health Ministries. Overall revenues for Trinity Health Continuing Care Services are approximately $600 million.

The Trinity Health Continuing Care Services CFO is responsible for the integrity of all financial information and reporting. The position is a key member of the Continuing Care Services leadership team and will have oversight for a broad and diverse range of financial, operational and strategic issues. The CFO will drive key strategies and financial and operational performance and serve as the business strategy partner for the EVP, Continuing Care as well as Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of the business units within Continuing Care Services. The CFO will be expected to improve financial performance and attain strategic goals and objectives that align with Trinity Health’s broader goals.
We seek a CFO who is a transformational, innovative and inspirational leader. The CFO will have experience in dealing with finance, reimbursement and care delivery issues associated with Home Care, Hospice, Long-Term Care, PACE, and Life Plan Communities. Multi-site experience as well as work in a complex healthcare environment is critical to success.
