The Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Main Line Health is seeking candidates for a full time position to join a board certified specialist in an established and successful clinical practice. Applicants must have completed an approved fellowship in FPMRS and/or be board certified in FPMRS. Clinical academic appointments are available through both Jefferson Medical College and the Lankenau Institute of Medical Research. Main Line Health System is an integrated health system in the western suburbs of Philadelphia is comprised of four acute care hospitals. The practice currently has offices on two of the Hospital campuses, and is fully equipped with urodynamic labs at each location. The practice includes a board certified Female Pelvic Medicine specialist, nurse practitioner, continence nurse specialists, and a physical therapist. The Division is responsible for providing urogynecologic training for third and fourth year Ob/Gyn residents from Lankenau Medical Center. The practice currently performs over 250 surgical procedures divided between the two hospitals, and there is significant opportunity to grow this surgical volume. Weekend call schedule has historically been one in four weekends.
