Executive Director for Lake Park, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Oakland, California. Primary responsibility include the day-to-day management of this urban campus with a diverse resident population not common in CCRCs. Management duties include oversight of Health Care Administrator (HSA) who manages the onsite Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living Center. The position reports directly to the CEO.
The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a BS/BA degree from a nationally accredited college and at least 5 years of experience as an Administrator or Executive Director in an entrance-fee based CCRC.
This CARF/CCAC accredited CCRC campus is owned and operated by California-Nevada Methodist Homes, a 61 year old California nonprofit corporation (see www.cnmh.org)
Applicant must have a current California Nursing Home Administrator license (NHA) or be currently licensed as an NHA in another state and be eligible for California reciprocity. The successful candidate must also possess or be eligible to obtain a California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator certification.
