Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director, the Clinic Administrator is generally responsible for one of the following:
a. The daily management of 3 or more clinics/specialties/sites, typically including a
minimum of 16 providers.
b. The daily management of a large Trinity Mother Frances Healthpark location-typically
including a minimum of 10 providers within the location. Is frontline leadership
resource for Clinic Staff, Direct Care Staff, and Ancillary department staff.
This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, customer relations, and patient care outcomes. Responsibilities also include collaboration with other departments of the Hospital/Health System to assure development, promotion, and maintenance of quality programs and services. The Clinic Administrator takes a leadership role in the development and implementation of cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives, as we well as the mentoring of new clinic leaders.
