The Manager - Strategic Initiatives is primarily responsible for supporting senior leadership in developing and deploying organizational strategic planning and initiatives and overseeing strategic projects intended to help the organization achieve those objectives. This position works collaboratively with health system leadership to ensure alignment with the system strategic plan, and will lead multiple teams of leaders engaged in strategic projects. The Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a highly visible position that is responsible for creating a positive impression of St. Elizabeth Physicians. This position is a visionary with the responsibility of ensuring that execution supports the organizational strategy.
Assist senior executives in developing, executing, and sustaining strategic planning and initiatives while maintaining alignment with the medical group’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Monitor the execution of the strategic plan and performance on annual objectives and tactics.
Partner with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives and projects. Collaborate with health system leadership to support the system strategic plan. Act as a resource across the organization to increase broad cohesion of strategic plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and adapt to the use of new technologies, applications, and workflows.
