The Registered Nurse Talent Acquisition Partner will implement new RN recruitment campaigns and strategies and acts as a liaison with referral sources. Will work closely with entity HR Business Partners to identify RN recruitment needs and strategies for filling positions and posts positions as needed on external job boards. Sources, recruits, screens and interviews for select positions as requested by HR Business Partners and HR Directors. Represents HR on RN task forces and attends RN job fairs. Coordinates RN recruitment events. Works on meeting the goals of the HR department strategic plan.
