The Practice Manager is directly accountable to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The primary responsibility of the Manager is to provide planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all functions and activities within the assigned practices managed.
The Manager hires, mentors, evaluates and holds accountable all members of the assigned practice. The Manager must build and manage trust and confidence with executive administration, physicians, midwives, midlevel practitioners and staff with a servant leader management style. Open, honest and consistent relationship management is essential. The Director must exhibit leadership by example with a high level of maturity, intellectual inquisitiveness and deal with ambiguity.
The Manager will represent CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in the practice and community. The Manager will promote the viability of the organization with unquestionable integrity and transparency. The Manager is a steward of reputation and resource the practice, the Clinic and the entire Hopkins County health care district.

The flowing banner on the cross is a common symbol of the risen Christ, while the royal purple signifies Christ. The flowing banner also conveys a sense of motion as we move forward into a new era of service to our communities.
