|• Oversight of planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-visibility interim and final project reports at a level of quality suitable for CMS leadership and public consumption • Expertise in clinical processes in the ambulatory/outpatient setting, including, but not limited to, quality measurement, performance improvement activities, patient relations, patient safety, and physician practice patterns • Facilitation of standing meetings and briefings with contracting officer’s representative (COR) • Staff resource planning and allocations, budget projections, and management • Review and approval of deliverables • Preparation of briefs and option papers (e.g., Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation [SBARs]) • Preparation, review, and approval of research papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals or as industry white papers, as agreed upon by CMS • Guidance to project staff, mentoring to support career growth, and knowledge sharing • Participation in continuous improvement and process redesign initiatives to optimize quality and efficiency of work products and processes • Preparation of formal responses to RFPs and RFIs |
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in presenting to a wide variety of audiences, including internal and external senior leadership, national stakeholders, and conferences (examples requested) • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills (examples requested)
