The Human Resources Application Support Associate provides application support on all HR initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring all HR applications are maintained in accordance with all current Human Resources policies and guidelines; serves as liaison among, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and IS. As part of the Human Resources team, this position also provides general Human Resources support as needed.
Essential Functions Maintains all HR Applications and HRIS databases to ensure accurate and timely entry of new hires, status changes and employee data while ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current policies and guidelines

Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies
Runs scheduled reports and creates ad hoc reports as needed
Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding the HRIS
Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
Serves as liaison between HRIS and IS related to HRIS system issues
Provides general HR support, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining personnel files, employment verifications, and organization charts
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
