Providence is calling a Program Manager, Business Development & Service Lines to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Program Manager, Business Development & Service Lines to be responsible for creating/coordinating project planning frameworks and projects to transform care in the NW Region. He or she will assist in providing key stakeholders with actionable analytics to improve outcomes, including integrated data to identify opportunities for optimal performance and will assist with contract management and development.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's degree, with Project Management Certificate or Bachelor's degree
- Project Management
- Electronic publishing
- Data Analytics
- Healthcare systems, acute care and/or ambulatory
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Create/coordinate project planning frameworks and coordinate projects related to new programs for the Northwest Region
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and plans; assist in the implementation of projects to drive transformation
- Maintain confidentiality of records or medical center information at all times
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Six Sigma
- Change Facilitation
- Extensive experience with a variety of software tools—Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Experience in Healthcare and supporting clinicians to drive to outcomes
