You’ll also develop productive, cost effective recruitment strategies and support departmental managers. The candidates you attract will not only maintain our reputation for excellence in patient care, but continue to push our institution forward.
Two years’ recruitment experience working with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment tactics is required. You should have a proficient knowledge of employment law and experience managing complex projects in an HR environment. LEAN certification and project management experience is highly desired.
