Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice to include oversight of the LPN's, RN's, Medical Assistants, and triage personnel. Provides leadership, direction and administration of all aspects of clinical activities to ensure objectives are met. Responsible for assisting in implementation of office policies and procedures and holding staff accountable. Coordinate the coaching, counseling and discipline of staff in conjunction with the HR Supervisor and CEO. Reports to the CEO.
• Provides overall leadership related to the daily clinical operations of the clinic. • Ensures staffing is adequate to meet the needs of patient care. • Continually looks for opportunities to increase practice efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. • Conduct and oversee employee reviews with management. • Work with management team to ensure operational procedures are followed. • Review timekeeping with HR Supervisor and management. • Hires new employees and ensures proper training. • Work with all physicians regarding clinical issues to ensure maximum clinic efficiencies. • Assist in creating and implementing the physician call schedule. • Provide coaching and counseling of staff. • Position will routinely travel between clinic locations, including the possibility of travelling to practice satellite offices. • Participate in facility management of all practice offices. This level of support occasionally results in needing to address issues outside of office hours. • Create procedures and work with management team to educate staff regarding all current and new procedures. • Participate and make recommendations in the hiring process of new employees. • Oversee the Research Manager and help coordinate research and clinical needs. • Assisting in setting up of new practice satellite locations. • Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field to the position. RN or LPN license preferred • Minimum five years health care management experience at senior management level. Dermatology experience preferred, but not required. Must have experience managing a large number of employees at multi-site/multi-state locations • Must be able to analyze processes and develop strategic solutions to create efficiencies within the department.
