The CNS is the unit’s clinical expert, and leads the team in expanding educational opportunities and raising the bar on professional performance and quality care standards. As the hospital-wide resource in neonatal intensive care, you will have visibility and influence far beyond the unit.We require current CA RN licensure, an MSN with a CNS specialty, and 3-5 years of recent RN or CNS experience in a Level III/IV NICU, ideally in an academic medical center.
