Providence is calling a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (0.0 FTE, Rotating/Variable) to Providence Child Center, Center for Medically Fragile Children in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Perform basic nursing tasks while providing quality care to children.
Assist children in the activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN).
Perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and philosophy of the Center for Medically Fragile Children (CMFC) and Providence Health and Services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider
In compliance with the Department of Human Services, criminal history registration is required for this position, based on assigned duties; fingerprinting may also be required
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting

We are the only pediatric skilled nursing facility in the Pacific Northwest, providing 24-hour long-term, short-term, respite and end-of-life care to medically fragile children and young people ranging in age from infancy to 21 years.
