A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. A Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred. An Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License is preferred.We are looking for someone with a minimum of five to seven years’ experience in the aging services field in a senior level operations position is required with an emphasis in the areas of healthcare and clinical services. Candidates should have an in-depth knowledge of aging services with a track record of innovative delivery of services, including hospitality. The best candidate will have a good business acumen and the ability to be a capable financial steward to a large, complex life care operation and be skilled in operations and finance; knowledgeable of budget, reimbursement and legislative issues. Experience with construction management, master facility planning and the re-development of a senior services campus would be helpful.
