Providence is calling a Medical Assistant (MA) (Neuroscience Clinic, Day Shift, Full Time, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Greet and escort patients to the exam room.
Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day.
Take vital signs and prepare charts.
Communicate with medical team as necessary.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) equivalent
Current Basic LifeSupport (BLS) certificate through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of a certified medicalassistant program or certified nursing assistant program preferred
Previous experience in a physicianoffice setting preferred
