Where you work matters\! Swedish is looking for a Food Services Ambassador \(Variable Shift\) to work in our Cafeteria at Swedish/Edmonds in Edmonds, WA\.
We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to serve meals to patients in a professional, efficient manner; instruct patients on meal ordering systems and assist patients in placing meal orders\.
In this position you will :
Deliever the correct menu \(diet compliant\) to the patient and instruct them on how to utilize the meal ordering system\.
Serve meals to patients in a professional and efficient manner and process diet requisitions retrieved from nursing stations\.
Act as a liaison between Nutrition & Food Service Department, the patient, and nursing unit\.
Retrieve completed meals from patient's rooms in a timely manner and record nutrient intake from meals\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or GED
Current Washington State Food Handler's permit
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Food service experience
