Required Qualifications:

\n
\n

• \n Graduation from an accredited nursing program.\n
• \n Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License \n
• \n Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association \n
• \n National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire:\n
• \n 1 year of Nursing experience.\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n
• 2 years working RN-NICU experience in an acute care hospital setting
\n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
\n

Rate: USD $113,214 to $171,932

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse Washington state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as a NICU Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
