As the Vice President of Human Resources you'll play a key role on our leadership team in driving the success of our mission-focused non-profit organization and lead a team of experienced human resources professionals to attract, engage and retain team members in a culture focused on purpose, growth and belonging.

Serves as a key member of the Leadership Team and contributor to the overall success and management of the Organization in alignment with the mission, vision, values, policies, practices and strategic direction of the Company and in accordance with the priorities, culture, and body of regulations. This hands-on position will develop, monitor and maintain an innovative, mission focused and thriving body of human resources practices and programs that distinguish Christian Living Communities as a premier place to work and a leader in innovative Human Resource practices.
