The Corporate Advertising Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Content Specialist.
Executes the UHS Corporate social media plan by maintaining numerous social media profiles across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, G+, YouTube, etc.) including copywriting, posting, and reporting to support assigned hospitals. Engages in thousands of social conversations related to UHS and its facilities. Monitors posts and notifications for errors and responses in real time with market sensitivity and constant care. Performs customer service follow-up with Risk, Legal and local service lines when necessary. Works with others in the department and at the facilities to plan and conceptualize, schedule, develop and implement new and ongoing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities include:
Produces content for numerous accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest and other online use, including copywriting, posting, and reporting.
Engages in thousands of social conversations regarding UHS and its facilities.
Monitors posts and notifications for errors and responses in real time with market sensitivity and constant care.
Performs follow-up with Risk, Legal and local service lines when necessary.
Collaborates with marketing directors for assigned hospitals and other hospital and corporate employees to assist in planning and production of content that matches and reinforces hospital and corporate goals.
Fluent in online "buzz" surrounding various assigned hospitals.
Collaborates with internal advertising team (designers, copywriters, managers, etc.) to coordinate activities and ensure that online content is integrated into ongoing marketing campaigns.
Manages content and search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
Stays current with trends and technology in social media, identifies opportunities to apply new technology and techniques to platforms to gain efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintains ongoing content plans for social media accounts.
