Responsible for the preparing and serving of nutritious meals to large numbers of children and adults. Responsible to the Kitchen Supervisor for various assigned duties necessary for the operation of a safe food service program. Participates in the preparation of three meals daily and special meals as required- assures the cleanliness and safe operation of all kitchen utensils through inspection and regular sanitation practices. Participates fully in school or program rules, policies and expectations in dealing with students. Responsible for Company and personal Service Excellence Standards.
