The dietary personnel are responsible for all aspects of the dining facilities operation,
which includes cooking, serving and preparing foods, washing dishes and pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen and the dining room as well as monitoring, inventorying and storing of supplies, all according to DHEC guidelines.
PRN Guidelines
PRN staff must work a minimum of Five (5) shifts per month with four (4) of these shifts being on the weekends. Weekend shifts begin Saturday at 05:00am and end Sunday at 09:00pm
