The Admission Coordinator (AC) answers calls from prospective patients from across the country in need of addiction treatment. Using excellent listening, investigative, and communication skills the AC engages with each prospective patient to identify their particular need and ultimately converts the call to an admission for the appropriate treatment solution. The AC accurately, thoroughly, and clearly documents each patient interaction in our CRM system.
