The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible for leading the clinical care teams, coaching and training the field clinicians and ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately for great outcomes. This Full-time position is an office based clinical management position, but may require visits in the community on occasion. You will also enjoy the personal satisfaction and flexibility of home care, without the travel! Unlike many home health positions, our field clinicians don't have to commute between clients or seek parking for each visit. All of our community buildings are connected so that you can visit your clients in climate controlled comfort - rain or shine. Many of our patients also see our Riderwood physicians who are responsive and provide excellent medical care for our home health patients. Current Maryland RN license
Certified Home Health experience
Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
