Practice Overview:
- Dedicated hospice team serving patients for 40 years.
- Inpatient Hospice Unit at main campus- 7 bed unit
- Free standing 16 bed hospice currently under construction just minutes from main campus
- Provide support to nursing and interdisciplinary staff by providing oversight for home hospice and in-home palliative care
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Service Line supported by dedicated:
o Physicians and Advanced Practitioners
o Licensed Clinical Social Workers
o Chaplains
o Designated nurse staffing for after hour, weekend & holiday care
Working together with Nurse Practitioners like you:
- Board Certified FNP or AGACNP
- Active Georgia license or ability to obtain unrestricted license
- Passion for quality and patient care
- Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care preferred
- Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
