Description
Job Description: This position plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Assisted Living facility in accordance with the current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and our established policies and procedures.
The Assisted Living Manager/ Director has the direct operational responsibility of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, including regulatory compliance. The ALM ensures the highest quality of services are being provided, as well as employee and resident satisfaction. The ALM reports to the Executive Director.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications -3 to 5 years of experience as an Assisted Living Manager in the State of Arizona or equal experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Setting. A Nursing License is preferred, but not mandatory.
