About the role:

We are currently hiring a Philanthropy Director to join our NLCS family based at The Village at Rockville. This is an integral position as it leads in all areas related to philanthropic programs at the community including annual giving, major gifts, planned gifts, capital campaigns and fundraising events. The major focus of this job involves connecting quickly with people in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way. 

To be successful in this role:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience with planned and major gifts is required. You will also need to understand people well and be able to use that effectively to motivate, persuade and give advice in a fast paced changing environment. You will need to be able to maintain confidential information and have a collaborative team player mentality.
