Morningstar Senior Living, Inc., a not-for-profit, senior living organization based in Nazareth, PA, is seeking a senior-level Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to provide leadership, operational direction and a strategic vision to our Health & Wellness division of Moravian Hall Square. The senior-level NHA is responsible for administering the daily functions of a 61-bed licensed nursing care facility, 61 licensed personal care apartments/suites and 25 licensed personal care memory support beds within budgetary guidelines and with adherence to all local, state and federal regulations.  The NHA is also responsible for providing high quality care to our residents under the guidance of the established health care philosophy and Morningstar Living’s mission and vision statement.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.  Candidates should possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.  A high level of decisiveness, leadership, and initiative are required.   Candidates with an RN license will receive additional consideration and review.
