We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven infection control leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast paced setting.

The MDS/ QAPI Manager will coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process and manages the MDS schedule. In addition, this position functions as the infection control preventionist for the Health Center (IPCO). The focus of this position is managing specialized work efficiently with above average attention to details and commitment to tasks being completed on time. This position is extremely task oriented and will need sincere communication and strong follow through.

You will need an active RN License, an MDS Certification, training in infection control and prevention and clinical experience.
