Then join the FSA Compliance program, a nationally recognized program providing compliance support and resources to aging service organizations.
What would you do?
A Clinical Compliance Specialist provides consultative services to a wide range of post-acute health services in multiple states related to Medicare billing and the RAI process. The specialist will assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Office of Inspector General (OIG).
Daily travel is required, and overnight travel is frequent.
About the Friends Services Alliance Compliance Program (FSACP):
Friends Services Alliance (FSA) is a national professional association of organizations that serve older adults. We support the staff and governing boards of these organizations through education, board and organizational development, compliance and risk management services, and more. FSA administers a collaborative program of compliance services called the Friends Services Alliance Compliance Program (FSACP).
The program is committed to ethical conduct that enhances the quality of service and care to residents/clients of participating organizations and protects their reputation and assets through the implementation and support of compliance and privacy programs as set forth by the Office of Inspector General, the Department of Justice, the Office of Civil Rights and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Requirements
What do you need?
- A passion for the aging services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Licensed Nurse/RNAC Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare billing requirements
- RAC Certification and knowledge RAI processes
- Knowledge and experience in CCRC or other post-acute care environment
- Experience as an MDS Coordinator preferred
